Dragon Garden is a private garden of 20 acres that comprises great historical, cultural, architectural, and conservational values. In 2011, it was listed as a Grade II Historic Building by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). It is now under the management of Lumina College, as a rural campus with the primary aim to promote social education. The Garden is a rare site in Hong Kong that is incredibly rich in both Chinese and Western cultural heritage. It also features a wide array of historic artifacts that charts the spiritual journey of its founder, the philanthropist Dr. Lee Iu Cheung. Visitors can take advantage of various opportunities for experiential learning in areas of history and culture, nature conservation, landscape and architecture, as well as sustainable development via field trips, tours, retreats, workshops, and action projects.
